Lynbrook Builders represents the culmination of Greg’s extensive years of experience and dedication to turning his clients' home dreams into tangible realities. With a proven track record in the industry, Greg has earned a reputation for excellence in customer service, leadership and craftmanship.
A lifelong resident of Brooklyn, Greg began his construction career in 2008 with Bob VanErsvelde and purchased Bruce Baustian Construction in 2023. He is proud to carry forward the company’s legacy of quality craftsmanship, trusted relationships, and dependable service while building on that foundation for the future.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking advantage of the outdoors.
BRUCE
Bruce began his construction career in 1979 and started Bruce Baustian Construction in 1995. His legacy of quality work is visible in so many homes and projects throughout Central Iowa.
Outside of working, Bruce enjoys hunting, fishing and traveling with his wife Marlene.
